The Process for Establishing Your Trust

Documents you need to bring:

Real Property tax bills for all properties
The names of two or more successor trustees
Partnership agreement(s)
Deeds to all properties
Names of all your beneficiaries
Trust Deeds where you receive money on a Note
Your check or money order

Your appointment will take approximately an hour. You will discuss to whom you want to leave your property and who you want to be successor trustee(s) after your death.

About 20 days following your first appointment, you will receive all your estate plan documents.

After reviewing your plan, calling with detailed or short questions, and making changes, you will make a second appointment, at which time you will sign all your documents at no additional charge.

You will then notify all banks and stockbrokers or transfer agents so that the assets can be transferred to your trust. We will provide instructions for your use.

We will direct you in making all necessary transfers of bank accounts and real properties to the Trust. Thereafter, all transactions will automatically be part of your Trust.
