Flexibility and Revocability.

Revocable Living Trusts (RLTs) are flexible in that you can place assets into your Trust and take assets out of your Trust. However, our clients, under our direction, learn to place assets inside their Trust, and AFTER their RLT is fully funded, they then buy and sell directly from the RLT; hence, they do NOT continually place assets inside the Trust or take assets outside the Trust.
