to wait until the IRS makes it clear that you can use the current Uniform
Table before taking your 2001 minimum distributions from your Plan.

the age of 70½, you now have the opportunity to change your beneficiary
designation on your IRA to afford your heirs greater flexibility and
income tax deferral following your death, no matter which elections
you made prior to your Required Beginning Date (RBD).
