| Each attorney in our firm is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Law and a Certified Specialist in Elder Law. We serve as counsel to the estates (probate and trust) of decedents, guiding families and other beneficiaries through both routine and complex trust and probate administration, including liquidation or transfer of estate assets and preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns. Patricia Jo Wilkinson is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and is an accomplished trial attorney who handles all will, trust, elder abuse, and tax disputes for the firm. Conrad M. Wilkinson (M.S. Tax) counsels clients in complex trust, tax, and family enterprise succession planning matters. |

Ms. Wilkinson graduated with honors in economics from UCLA and Loyola Law School. She began her career as a Federal Prosecutor in downtown Los Angeles where she specialized in prosecuting federal tax crimes. She next became a partner in the law firm of Rubin, Eagan and Feder, where she specialized in litigating will, trust, and real property contests. In January of 1988 she joined her husband in establishing the law firm of Wilkinson & Wilkinson. Both she and her husband are certified specialists in trusts, estates, and probate by the State Bar of California and certified Elder Law Specialists by the National Academy of Elder Law Foundation. Ms. Wilkinson is the author of several articles on estate planning and is a frequent lecturer in her area of expertise to other attorneys.
